Despite of government’s best efforts India’s current education system is unable to transform lives of students from economically weaker sections of society which constitute the majority of government school students. There is less or no integration between communities, beneficiaries, parents and the school, which leads to functioning of a low resource school in the community. To bridge this gap, SRI work towards building active participation of the community, government officials and teachers to make sustainable models of community led schools.
