Learning Difficulties exists in 5-15% of school going children. The challenge of poor quality learning outcomes makes it all the more difficult to identify or refer the children who are facing such difficulty in a school of 500 to 700 children. Adding to this, the fact that the school does not have any accurate data of a child makes it almost impossible to reach to these children. Working towards solving this problem, Samait Shala is empowering all the three stakeholders (children, teacher and parents) to create an inclusive learning environment for the child. They are doing this by building the capacity of teachers to improve classroom practices and enabling school wide child centric data. Their aim is to create an inclusive learning environment for every child.
