•  April 2023-Oct 2023 : We visited 27 districts across India understanding the ground needs 

• Weaving an ecosystem of CSOs : Engaged with 50 organisations across India

Insights : 

• Many districts like Tumkur, Chikmagalur, Kalaburagi, have pioneered a collective model of District Empowerment working with the DIETs and district officials with concepts like ‘Pragathi Parisheelna Sabhe’, ‘Anubhavatmaka Kalike’, ‘Baagilu Muchhada Shaale’, and many more. 

• Districts in Bihar such as Gaya, Nawada, Bhagalpur, have already begun implementing District – level programs based on NCERT’s vision of Nipun Bharat. 

• Several districts in Odisha have taken initiatives on creating Teaching-Learning Materials as well as strong commitment to Micro-improvement. 

• DIETs and DEOs in districts of Karnataka, Odisha, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh are highly enthusiastic about decentralised action, and co-creating need based programs as a part of Shikshāgraha.
