He spent 17 years in the direct-to-home television business holding senior management positions. He brings in valuable experience in managing bankruptcy turnaround, customer operations and systems. He also serves on the board of a couple start-ups and social impact organizations.

Daya has a Masters degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and has a Management certificate from Oxford. She has over 25 years of experience in the Corporate Technology world. She has held various leadership positions across large corporations like Motorola & Accenture as well as technology start-up’s like CustomerAsset & Zyme. She is currently the Managing Director of Evive Health LLC’s, India Software R&D centre. She has vast experience in scaling operations, improving client experience & running product development teams.

Daya has a keen interest in the area of school education. She has been associated with projects that work on improving teaching & learning techniques to help retain children’s interest in school education in rural India. She has been associated with Mantra Social Services for past few years and is a mentor in their Edumentum Program.

Anupama Purohit comes with a rich experience in the education sector. She holds a Ph.D. in Hindi language and literature. After dedicating a major part of her life to teaching, she went on to join Bala Janagraha as a manager. Currently, she is a consultant to the Operations team in Shikshalokam.

Mr. Chetan Kapoor, is the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Tech Mahindra Foundation. Prior to this, Chetan ran his own resource and consulting company Edulever which he had founded in 2009. Chetan has also worked with the American India Foundation (AIF), as the Regional Head of the Digital Equalizer Programme (bringing usable technology to education) and RAN Research.

Mr. Koreel Lahiri

Koreel Lahiri, Program Director for South Asia, has more than 15 years’ experience in media investing, strategy and editorial, and has served in senior investment, strategy and operational roles in various large Indian media organizations. Most recently as Chief Operating Officer of IPS Media Foundation, a funding and advisory organization anchored by prominent Indian philanthropists focused on developing a robust eco-system for independent media, he managed a $20 million investment fund targeting the next generation of digital news companies. Koreel previously served as General Manager of Bennett, Coleman & Co. (Times Group), a strategic corporate venture capital unit exploring new areas of growth via strategic investments, leading business development, deal acquisition, negotiations and portfolio management. He has also held editorial roles with Bloomberg TV India and CNBC-TV18, and advised several digital companies on strategy, product development and fundraising. Koreel holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Ruchi Ghose is currently a member of Shiksha Lokam and Viridus Social Impact Solutions working to amplify transformation in school Leadership space.

Prior to this, Ruchi worked at the Azim Premji Foundation, and has been an integral part of the team that conceptualized and set up the demonstration schools. Before the Foundation, she was with The Teacher Foundation in Bangalore where she worked extensively developing and facilitating workshops for teachers. Ruchi has a M.A. Economics from Kolkata University and an M.B.A from University of California at Los Angeles.

Sudarshan is the founder of RTLWorks, a next-generation social purpose enterprise that aims to accomplish SDGs by individuals, organizations, and society through Radical Transformation Leadership tools and templates. He is a practitioner coach trained in the Conscious Full-Spectrum Response Approach, a transformational leadership approach based on universal values and ethics developed & created by Dr. Monica Sharma. He has a Masters in environmental assessment and evaluation from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has work experience of over 18 years.

His current interests are social ecology and commons (social, cultural, and natural resource), climate change and adaptation, disaster management, leadership for trans-disciplinary processes for systems change.
