Aspiration to scale
EduMentum organizations have progressed to working on state-wide interventions after gaining considerable experience in their local geographies during first two years. For any organization to affect change systemically, the aspiration to scale is an important factor. During the selection process, EduMEntum looks for such visionary values in the applications.
The selection process of EduMentum extends for 4 months. We have multiple selection criterias to pick the right candidates for the program who can leverage the opportunities provided and aid to the community.
Considering the scale of the problem that we are aiming to solve, reinventing the wheel might not the solution. Hence, we encourage our partner organization to build on each other’s learning and share their resources.
Respect is the basis of a strong community. Considering we believes that transformation is an outcome of a strong community, respect towards peers and program is held high on the importance scale.
